Key Account Project Manager (m/f)

Place of work: Frankfurt am Main, immediately

You will reinforce a well-rehearsed team as a key account project manager at an attractive mHealth company. You work closely with senior management and various areas of marketing and IT, and are part of a young, dynamic team.

Core areas include:

  • Identification of key accounts (including telemedicine centers, mobile health platforms, emergency medicine platforms, public health programs, pharma) at home and abroad
  • Initial contact with key accounts and presentation of our services and products
  • Identification of the service and infrastructural requirements of the key accounts
  • Creating sales planning and target/actual comparisons
  • Project planning, management and implementation
  • Management of customer data in the CRM system of the company
  • Continuous support of key accounts in relation to:
    – commercial processes, control logistics and invoicing,
    – approval processes (if abroad)
    – technical integration of the customer platform
    – contractual elaborations and coordination
    – coordination of communication between key accounts and the CardioSecur team

Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of:

  • Managing the entire key account area
  • Research and implementation of new key account leads
  • Compliance with timelines with key accounts
  • Reports and analyses on key account performance for senior management
  • Development of the key account strategy in line with the company’s approval and infrastructure strategy
  • Direct customer feedback into the internal R&D process

Qualifications and Skills:

What you should bring along:

  • University degree (preferably Business or Medical Sciences)
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Open ERP (Odoo)
  • Experience with approval processes for medical devices is an advantage
  • Competent handling of all Microsoft Office programs, Apple OS (advantage)
  • Very good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Ability to serve customers in a friendly and supportive way
  • Interest in mobile technologies, medtech and health topics
  • Independent and results-oriented ability to work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Team player
  • Preferred working in a dynamic start-up atmosphere
  • Fluent German and English skills (word, writing), other languages are an advantage
